Anne SprosenOriginally from Australia, Anne is an experienced clinician working with preteens, young people, families, parents and adults for over 10 years. She has worked in various settings across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore – multi-disciplinary health clinics, non-government organizations, schools and private practice.

Anne is committed to helping her clients make meaningful change in their lives. She has experience in treating a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, social skills difficulties, oppositional and challenging behavior and low self-esteem.

To do so, Anne uses a range of approaches in her work such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She prioritizes understanding each client’s context, strengths, support and current difficulties in order to work together to achieve their therapy goals. When working with children and adolescents, she places emphasis on the importance of working collaboratively with parents and teachers to effectively support her clients.

Anne is available to see clients Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
