Anne Sprosen


Anne is currently completing her Masters of Counselling with Monash University.

Originally from Australia, Anne worked as a social worker for 12 years in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to moving to Singapore she worked for 8 years with adolescents as a Social Worker in a Community Mental Health service in New Zealand.

Anne is committed to helping her clients make meaningful change in their lives. She works from a person-centred approach using techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and other mindfulness techniques. She has worked with clients experiencing low mood, anxiety, relationship difficulties, emotional dysregulation and parenting concerns and has facilitated parenting education and mindfulness courses.

She is available to see clients Wednesday to Friday.

Anne holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the Australian Catholic University.
