Lilian IngLilian is a registered Clinical Psychologist (HPCSA and PSYSSA), Clinical Supervisor (CCPC) and Professionally Certified Coach (ICF). She has more than 25 years of professional experience, not only in clinical practice and supervision, but also in leadership and organisational development. Prior to moving to Singapore 14 years ago, she lived and worked in the UK, the USA and South Africa in corporate settings, the public/civil service and private practice.

Lilian works across the lifespan, from children to the elderly, with individuals, couples, and families. She provides psychological assessment and therapeutic treatment for developmental and life stage concerns, grief, trauma, relationship issues and children’s emotional and behavioural difficulties as well as psychiatric disorders – including psychoses, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and personality disorders.

Lilian believes strongly in improving parent-child relationships and is experienced in the field of attachment and adoption (Pg Dip Adoption & Attachment). As an expert witness, she has advised on the best interest of the child and parent-child relationships during and post-divorce.

Originally trained in psychodynamic therapy, behaviour therapy and family systems therapy, Lilian has since been certified in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (CCPC), Gottman Couples Therapy (L2), Attachment-based EMDR (L2) and as an Enneagram Practitioner. She also draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Theraplay and other modalities to best suit her clients’ needs.

She serves on the international board of Solution Focus in Organisations (SFIO) and is an associate with a number of international consultancies.

She has contributed to publications and books on psychotherapy, adoption, consulting, change management and coaching, published in the UK and Singapore.
