Following the easing of COVID-19 restrictions, we are now offering face-to-face consultations at Woking Road. We also continue to offer online counselling. Your health and safety remains of utmost priority to us, and we are taking appropriate precautions in creating a safe environment. This includes an adherence to masks, sanitisation of surfaces and adapting the set-up of our therapy rooms to ensure physical distancing. If you have any concerns or special circumstances we need to take into consideration, please speak to your therapist or contact us via email or text message.

    COVID-19 Update

After much deliberation, Fernhill has decided to change the way we provide counselling and psychological services in the light of the ongoing COVID-19 situation. We are hoping that by changing practices now, we will be able to contribute to flattening the curve and limit the spread of this virus.

We want you all to know that although we cannot see you face to face at Woking Road, we are still here for you.

From Monday 30th March our therapists will be offering consultations via video platforms such as Zoom, Skype, and WhatsApp, or via more primitive technology, the telephone. Your health and safety are important to us and we will review this decision in two weeks.

We realise this is not an ideal situation, but we will make every effort to maintain our high standards of counselling support throughout this time. We are committed to working with you to understand how best to meet your needs.

If you have an appointment in the next two weeks your therapist will be in touch shortly to ask if you would like to reconfirm this appointment as an online session. If your pre-confirmed time is not convenient for a video or telephone call it will be possible to re-schedule at a time you prefer. Please think about creating a secure and comfortable space to work online with your therapist. You may also choose to cancel until face to face appointments can resume.

Your privacy and confidentiality will remain of utmost importance to us and we promise to address any concerns you may have around that. If you have any questions, suggestions or special circumstances we need to take into account, please contact us via email or text message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please continue to call 9623 4461 for online and future face to face bookings.

We hope we can return to normal operations sooner rather than later and we appreciate your patience during this difficult time.
