Glenn provides counselling for individuals and couples. Her approach is collaborative and
non-judgmental, drawing from different therapeutic models that would best suit the challenges faced by her clients. She aims to help her clients with building resilience, confidence and a strong sense of identity when tackling their issues.
She works across a range of issues including depression, anxiety, interpersonal and relationship issues, stress, and self-esteem. She has experience working with older adolescents and adults and is most passionate about helping clients form deep, meaningful and positive relationships with themselves, their partners and loved ones.
As a born and bred Singaporean formerly from a corporate and educational background, Glenn is very tuned to the issues that people from different walks of life here face and strongly believes that mental wellness and resilience are imperative when facing the pressures that come with the fast-paced urban life in Singapore.
Glenn attained her Master of Counselling from Monash University Australia and has a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from James Cook University. She is certified in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (L1), Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (L2), and has attended self-harm and suicide ideation workshops. She is currently undergoing training for Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Gottman Method Couples Therapy (L2).
