Patricia is currently living in the UK and continues to see clients online.

Patricia is a qualified Counsellor and Leadership Coach who is committed to helping individuals and couples become the best that they can be, fuelled by their own strengths and experience.

Originally from the northeast of England, Patricia has lived and worked in Singapore for 26 years. She therefore has a good understanding of the challenges that face both the local and expat communities.

Prior to completing her Masters in Counselling, Patricia developed her knowledge and understanding through serving the community in various roles. She gained valuable experience working with young people, with women’s issues and in hospice care. She has worked in both Singapore and the UK.

Relationships have always been her passion. Patricia is a committed Couples Therapist who believes we are all hard wired for connection and so our relationships make an invaluable contribution to our happiness. Her work draws from the Gottman model where she has completed training Levels 1 & 2. This is strongly supported by her training as an Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist, training to Level 3.

Patricia was awarded her Masters in Counselling from Monash University in Australia. Her BA Hons. Social Sciences was completed at the University of York. She then completed Post Graduate qualifications in Education from the University of Leeds, and later a Post Graduate diploma in Leadership and Management Coaching from the University of Northumbria’s Business School.
